Customers must make sure that the shipping address they have confirmed is correct as Andrew Morris Golf Limited is unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Prior to dispatch, Andrew Morris Golf Limited may need to confirm the customer’s details with your credit card issuer as soon as possible.
The delivery time period commence from the moment an order is accepted. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods.
Andrew Morris Golf aims it to ship your purchases as quickly as possible.
INSURANCE COVER
Andrew Morris Golf Limited insures each delivery while it is in transit until it arrives at the customer address. Following delivery to the customer address provided for the order, the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the customer.
If the delivery is a gift order to a different address, in that instance following delivery to the address provided for the gift order, the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the customer.

Delivery of orders within the above time scales is dependent on stock availability.
TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to the shipping destination. United Kingdom Valued Added Tax (VAT) will be applied to goods orders and dispatched within theUnited Kingdom, excluding theChannel Islands.
Local VAT (or equivalent) will be applied to all other EU delivery destinations.
The majority of countries are shipped to on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are already included in the final price for the goods.

If a country of destination is selected that is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) then the product prices displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes and duties including United Kingdom (VAT). As the recipient of the good, you will liable for all import taxes, duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you live in. Payment of the applicable taxes will be necessary to release the products from customs upon arrival.
Andrew Morris Golf Limited is unable to advise the amount of taxes involved so we will seek your confirmation via email prior to the shipping of goods for a DDU order.

If your goods do not arrive within 14 days from date of order please contact our Customer Service Department immediately via email to customerservice@andrewmorrisgolf.com making sure you quote the order number, your name, address and contact details.
