The new Taylormade TP5 golf balls offers more speed than ever in the most complete tour ball on the golf market. With new technology, including HFM, the Taylormade TP5 golf balls will help you shoot lower scores on the golf course this year, with added distance in your longer clubs, and more spin and control on your approach and chip shots.
The new Taylormade TP5 golf balls have been created with HFM, a new higher modulus material that improves energy transfer at the point of impact between the club face and the golf ball. HFM acts like a stiff spring, building up energy whilst compressed and then exploding quickly, generating higher ball speeds. HFM transfers this additional energy onto the driver face producing more rebound, resulting in more speed.
As well as HFM producing increased ball speeds the TP5 golf ball features a Tri-fast low-compression core to help increase launch angle and reduce drag as the ball flies through the air, helping to produce a strong penetrating ball flight.
Finally to improve control on approach and chip shots the TP5 golf balls is created with a dual-spin cover with a softer cast urethane. This new cover increased groove interaction for more greenside spin.
